This quaint oceanfront cottage is ideal for a couple or single person seeking a light and airy atmosphere with gorgeous views of Blue Hill Bay.
This one bedroom tiny home offers a queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill and picnic table, and bath with walk-in shower. All linens including sheets and towels are provided.
Ocean breezes keep you cool in summer and a heater is available for cooler autumn evenings.
HD Smart TV and high-speed wi-fi help you stay connected.
Little Cottage is the perfect place to relax on the “Quiet Side” of Mount Desert Island. Just right for a honeymoon or anniversary getaway.

Of course the greatest amenity we offer is the ocean view. Adirondack chairs and picnic tables are set up around the property so you can enjoy the scenery both from the meadow and from the rocky ledges at the shore. Your home away from home also includes:

The setting was majestic enough to match the bald eagle we saw flying over the lawn and peaceful enough to match the hummingbird sipping from the geraniums on the porch. We loved our morning coffee by the water watching the tide come in, and we grilled almost every evening, sitting outside to enjoy the amazing sunsets. We spent most of our days in Acadia hiking, biking, and kayaking and were glad to come ‘home’ to such a lovely setting. The cottage itself was just perfect for two and had everything we needed.”

It rests on the most beautiful piece of property, leading right to a rocky overlook. At dusk you can walk down the gently sloping lawn to watch the sun do its nightly performance of painting the sky with breathtaking sunsets.
