Important Information
- Our cottages each accommodate two adults
- All linens provided
- No housekeeping or cleaning fees
- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday
- Check-in time is Saturday between 3-6 pm
- Check-out time is Saturday at 10 am
- Smoking, fires, and open flames prohibited
- Sorry, no pets
Payment / Deposit
- We only accept checks payable to ‘Sunset Cottages’
- The deposit to hold a cottage is $500 (USD)
- The balance (+ 9% tax) is due 60 days prior to your rental date
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- Cancellation more than 60 days prior to your scheduled rental: your payment (to date) is fully refundable.
- Cancellation less than 60 but more than 10 days prior to your scheduled rental: your payment (to date) is refunded less your $500 deposit.
- Cancellation less than 10 days prior to your scheduled rental: your payment (to date) is non‑refundable.
