Important Rental Information
- Our cottages accommodate two adults
- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday
- Check-in time is Saturday between 3-6 pm
- Check-out time is Saturday 10 am
- No housekeeping or cleaning fees
- Smoking, fires, and open flames prohibited
- Sorry, no pets
Payment / Deposit
- We only accept checks, payable to ‘Sunset Cottages’. The deposit to hold a cottage is
$500 (USD) with your balance due 60 days prior to your rental date.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please email us as soon as possible at sunsetacadia@yahoo.com.
- A deposit of $500 is required to hold your rental.
- The balance (+ 9% tax) is due 60 days prior to your rental date.
- Cancellation more than 60 days prior to your scheduled rental, your payment (to date) is fully refundable.
- Cancellation less than 60 days prior to your scheduled rental, your payment (to date) is refunded less your $500 deposit.
- Cancellation less than 10 days prior to your scheduled rental, your payment (to date) is non‑refundable.
